    How to change your life – SECRET for a better life

    Let’s talk more about how you can create the life you want and how to change your life for better.

    A while ago I wrote about how to change your life by changing your habits? and I gave you a magical million-dollar solution of 5 steps that can help you change your habits to change your life.

    However, habits are not the only thing you need to work on to change your life for the better.

    What needs to happen in your life so you would be happy and fulfilled? How to change your life to live the dream?

    As much as I do not know what is happening in your life right now because we haven’t spoken about it, yet. I can, however, imagine that you are in the point where you realize you can make a change, but not sure which direction to go to. You are not happy with what is going on right now. But you are reaching for help and you popped to my channel and expect the solution. I cannot give you the exact tailor-made support as I would if we worked together. However, I want to ask you an important thing.

    What is it that you do in the morning when you wake up?

    What is your first action?

    What is your first thought?

    What is your first feeling?

    We are often told we need to wake up early to be able to create the life and business we want. We need to do like the rich and successful people do. But I looked around the successful and rich and their habits differ. Not all of them wake up at 4 AM and meditate with their private guru. Not all of them go running 5K in the early morning. Not all of them eat raw vegetables for lunch.

    All of them do what their body needs, all of them wake up and do something that helps them start the day with a positive thought. All of them do something that makes them feel good and that sets a positive attitude for the day.

    The important thing is the word POSITIVE.

    When you wake up and you snooze your buzzer you end up late and stressed to work.

    When you wake up and grab your phone to check work emails you start stressing about lack of time and the number of things you need to do in the office.

    When you wake up and start reading your extremely long to-do list you stress yourself there are so many things yet so little time to do it.

    When you wake up and let all the troubles that may or may not happen get into your mind before you brush your teeth your day will be all under that stress and negativity the whole time.

    That is why it is advised not to watch or listen to the news when you wake up.

    That is why it is advised not to use your mobile in the first hours of the day

    That is why it is advised to wake up and get up when the buzzer rings for the first time.

    Let me give you a couple of tips as to what you can do when you wake up. — thinks that will make your day better
    – thinks that will make your life better
    – thinks that will build your positive attitude

    When the buzzer calls turn it off and immediately turn on the music you like and that has a good sound and positive vibes for you.

    When you wake up, smile to yourself, to your spouse, to your kids and pets and neighbour and anybody who is around you

    When you wake up, get out of the bed and meditate, or do a yoga sun salutation, or stretch or exercise and whatever other exercises of your choice and keep smiling

    When you wake up thinking of things you are grateful for

    When you wake up think of things you will achieve today…

    … the list can go on, but I want you to find something that makes you smile in the morning

    How to change your life habits?

    I want to chat a bit about the habits of success and how you can change your habits to improve your life.

    My saying for 2020 is “anyone can become the CEO of their own life”. This is not a saying just for me, this is something for you as well. If you are wondering what to do to change your life for better this year or at any time life, my solution is simple, become the CEO of your life and destiny. How to do it? How to change your life? How to live the life you want?

    Let’s talk about it today.

    Many YouTubers and social media influencers talk about what are their morning habits and what successful people do in the morning. It is most of the time buzzing with the call to wake up very early like 4 or 5 AM, do not use your phone in the first 2 hours of the day, exercise, meditate, journal, make a gratitude list, make a goal list, and many more. What is important with all that is to start a day with a positive attitude.

    However, if you are forcing yourself to wake up at 4 AM and then stress and crave for coffee because you haven’t got enough sleep, that is not a good life change.

    Don’t get me wrong!

    How to change your life?

    You can change your life the way you want it, be who you want to be, but you need to do this one step at the time.

    The step one I want to tackle today is to change your habits. Habits that you repeating on the daily, weekly or monthly basis. Habits are those rules and attitudes and practices you are doing habitually, you are used to doing them. However, you know well some habits do not fit the lifestyle you would like to have. Those habits need to be destroyed as habits and often become non-existent in your life. Easier said than done, I know it. I’ve been there, done that. And I know changing habits is a time-consuming process.

    What do you need to do to change your habits?

    5 steps solution

    1. You need to define which habits are not good for you. Which habits you would like to get rid off? Which things you see and know are destroying your way to your dreams? Example: you want to be fit, but you tend to sit on the couch and watch TV daily.
    2. You need to define which habits you would like to acquire in your life. If it is waking up early and exercise daily, do it. If it is something else let me in comments below what would be your new daily habit. give it a try and keep on for a while.
    3. The time you need to stop doing an old habit to cross it off from your habit list, or a time you need to repeat a new good habit to make it truly habitual. Bestselling books and international psychologist say you need 21 days to change the habit, I give 30 days to do that. 30 days to stop doing things you listed in step 1, 30 days to repeat daily actions you listed in step 2.
    4. To make a true change in your life you need motivation. You need to answer the WHY question. Why do you want to quit that habit? Why do you want to do something habitually? Why you want to exercise, meditate or wake up at 4 AM? and the answer because rich and famous do that is not enough motivation. You need to find a WHY which resonates with you and your deepest feeling.
    5. It is the last one and I mention it to make it easy for you to make a change or actually and exchange. It is much easier if with your super motivating why you will exchange a bad habit to a new habit. Instead of watching TV in the evening you will go for a walk. Instead of drinking coffee you will drink green tea. Whatever exchange works for you, use it. When you are getting rid of something in your life and you want to change your life you cannot leave an empty hole in your habits. Put in immediate something new and creative in the place of something you do not want to be your habit any more.

    How to stay motivated to achieve your goals?

    I keep on my mission to create more women who are CEO. And not any type of CEO but CEO of your own life.

    One of the things that the CEO needs to do is to achieve goals. I want to chat a bit more about your 2020 goals and your motivation.

    YOU and YOUR SMART goals

    You set all your goals, they are smart, have deadlines, and those are your big dreams, but you got intimidated by them. Maybe those were too big goals – you thing, or it was too crazy to think you can do it.

    Let me remind you of an old saying: “whatever your mind will think of, can be achieved”.

    That being said let’s find your motivation to make it happen.

    3 STEPS to achieve any goal

    First of all standard 3 steps that I recommend to my family, friends, clients and today also to you. Then I will give you my solution as to how to motivate yourself to achieve those intimidating, big goals.

    Step 1
    Write down your goal in the full sentence and keep it in a visible place. and yes, it can be hidden in your closet (if you are afraid to show it to the world yet), and if that closet is, of course, the one you open daily to pick up your wardrobe.

    Step 2
    Visualisation! That is not only about sitting down meditating and seeing yourself achieving. It is about feelings. Ask yourself: How will you feel when you will achieve the goal? What do you feel when you think about the path to this goal? Why achieving it is so important for you? How does your body feel when you think about getting to that goal and having it in your life? all those questions or actually all answers to those questions will put you in the right vibration and connect with your initial WHY? Why you wrote down this goal in the first place.

    Step 3
    It is even more about your why. If you listed your goals but have not idea why you want to achieve them, believe me, no matter what I will say you will not want to take action to reach this goal. Let me tell you a bit about one of my goals. The goal is connected to my health and body. It is that I weight 70 kg before my summer holidays start, that would be July 2020. It is a very SMART goal Specific, Measurable, Achievable, realistic and the time deadline is set. However, to move mu but, and I truly and physically mean to move my body, move my but and exercise, I need something more. and that is my motivation, my why?

    In this case my why is to fit my pre-pregnancy trousers, look great in a bikini, have a healthy body, feel strong and fit, and the most important have no more troubles with my back. My why is a fulfilling my set goal. I keep both together, so when I read as in step 1 my goal I also read my step 3 that is the “why” it is worth to put work and achieve this goal. It all helps to do step 2 that is visualising myself healthy and feeling good in my body.

    We got all 3 steps and now I will share with you my ultimate solution to stay motivated in achieving the big goal.

    Coming back to the weight loss. This is actually a huge goal. because it means loosing over 20 kg because it means committing time to exercise because it means to avoid sweet things, which I love. It could be super hard and almost impossible. But it is a lot easier when I divide it to steps, small steps, sort of small goals. That is exactly what I want you to do. If you feel your goal is big and almost impossible to achieve divide it. Split it into small steps. Make it into little things, little achievements you could tick of quicker. Instead of one huge goal, have 10 tiny goal steps that will make you closer to the big goal. Write those tiny step goals in your calendar, so you will know it is time to take action on those.

    Do you feel not good enough?

    I know I had been shy this year with videos on YouTube and seriously not serious about my channel. Since 27 December 2019, I sort off disappeared, but I needed time for myself to figure things out.

    2020 is a big number for many people. Some say a new decade a new beginning to get on top things.

    I simply got overwhelmed, scared, terrified of what I can achieve, and most of all terrified that I am doing something wrong. Simply I felt like not good enough for the job.

    However, as I am a coach I quickly got up and running with my planning for this amazing year.

    You just got to believe me

    I got to admit I even recorded the video I wanted to post on 2nd January. You just got to believe me. that is was connected to achieving goals. It was a very motivational video with high vibration and positivity. I uploaded it, but then an imposter syndrome jumped in my head. I realised I am not good enough.

    And today,

    I guess,

    I want to talk with you about that “I am not good enough” part. Something that might be popping in your head sometime as well.

    “I am not good enough”

    I want to tackle this “I am not good enough” judgment. The feeling that occurred at the start of the year. The feeling that is visiting you as well. No matter how great things you achieve, how many things you tackle, how high grades you get you still can feel not good enough.

    Let’s change it today.

    As a female, you are strong and able to achieve great things, but you are also an emotional ball. There is a moment when we achieving a lot and we feel great, we got the money, we expand the business, we grow in the corporation and we expect more from ourselves than from others. Then we feel overwhelmed, scared, stressed, overworked and … yes, not good enough.

    The inner critic is coming out from a shell and putting you down.

    It doesn’t need to be like this.

    I have 2 exercises for you.

    First is for everyday practice. I mentioned it already a while ago, however, I will repeat it as it is crucial to make it your daily habit (as brushing your teeth or drinking coffee). I want you to pause this video not and comment below what is that you have achieved today. And daily, I want you to wire down from 1 to 5 successes point or goals achieved during the day. Get yourself a special notebook for it and write it with your handwriting to give it a bigger meaning.

    This one is about your inner critic.

    I want you to describe it.

    Who he/she is?

    What age?

    How does it look like?

    What your inner critic’s voice sounds like?

    Once you know all about him/her whenever the voice gets on to say

    “Thank you for noticing”

    and keep on doing what you are best at. Go to achieve another goal.

    Believe me, you are not the only one who feels not good enough. I have those moments too. Moments that could stop m from taking great action. But I know how my inner critic looks like, I hear him, I acknowledge his existence, but I do not let him worry me too long.
